Anything to help you develop more as a person and be able to share that knowledge with others. The last thing I encourage others to do that I do daily is drink a gallon of water a day! I know it sounds simple yet like a lot. Water has so many benefits for our health including mental clarity, lubricate joints, hydrate organs/skin, helps to regulate body temperature and waste. I have been drinking a gallon of a day since February of this year and have found I have less frequent headaches and dry skin.
